By using Boolo, creating an account, listing products, creating a store, placing an order, contacting a seller, or using any Boolo service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Boolo.
1. About Boolo
Boolo is an online marketplace that helps users discover local stores, products, restaurants, services, and sellers.
Boolo provides the platform. Sellers are responsible for their own stores, products, prices, descriptions, availability, delivery, and customer service.
Boolo may offer product listings, store pages, orders, seller subscriptions, support tickets, ratings, reports, and admin review tools.
2. User Accounts
Some Boolo features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, including your name, phone number, email address, and location when required.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account login information with anyone.
Boolo may suspend or delete accounts used for fraud, scams, abuse, fake listings, illegal activity, spam, or behavior that harms users or the platform.
3. Buyers
Buyers can browse stores, view products, place orders, contact sellers, leave reviews, and use available marketplace features.
Boolo is not responsible if a buyer provides wrong information or refuses to complete a valid order after seller confirmation.
- Provide correct contact and delivery information.
- Pay the agreed price for products, services, or delivery.
- Respect sellers and other users.
- Do not place fake orders or fake requests.
- Do not abuse reports, reviews, or messaging.
4. Sellers
Sellers can create stores, list products, manage orders, and communicate with buyers.
Boolo may hide, suspend, decline, or delete stores or listings that break these rules.
- Provide accurate store, product, price, location, delivery, and contact information.
- Only list products or services they are allowed to sell.
- Keep product availability and prices updated.
- Respect buyers and respond professionally.
- Do not post fake, misleading, stolen, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate products.
- Do not use Boolo to scam, threaten, harass, or mislead users.
- Follow Boolo subscription and approval rules.
5. Store Approval and Subscriptions
All stores are required to pay the monthly subscription to be able to sell on Boolo.
Boolo may decline activation requests if payment proof is missing, unclear, false, or suspicious.
If a store subscription expires and is not renewed within the allowed grace period, the store may become inactive until payment is confirmed again.
6. Products and Listings
Sellers are responsible for all product listings, including images, names, prices, descriptions, categories, stock, and delivery details.
Boolo does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, available, or sold directly by Boolo.
- Fake or misleading listings may be removed.
- Illegal, unsafe, inappropriate, or offensive listings may be removed.
- Listings reported by users and confirmed by admin may be removed.
- Listings that violate marketplace rules may be removed.
- Listings using stolen images or false information may be removed.
7. Orders and Delivery
Orders may be handled directly between buyer and seller.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the buyer pays when receiving the product unless another payment method is approved.
Sellers are responsible for accepting, preparing, delivering, canceling, or completing orders according to the information shown on their store page.
Boolo may provide order tracking tools, but Boolo is not responsible for seller delays, delivery problems, wrong addresses, or disputes between buyer and seller unless Boolo directly manages that transaction.
8. Payments
Boolo only accepts the payment methods shown in your store or in payment instructions displayed on the platform.
Some payment methods may require manual admin confirmation.
For seller subscriptions, Boolo may require sellers to submit payment proof. Admin may approve or reject payment proof.
Boolo is not responsible for payments made outside approved Boolo instructions. Users should not send money to unverified accounts or suspicious payment links.
9. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations depend on the seller's store policy unless Boolo publishes a specific policy for a certain service.
Sellers should clearly explain their return and refund rules.
Buyers should contact the seller first for order problems. If the issue cannot be resolved, buyers may contact Boolo support.
Boolo may review disputes, but Boolo is not required to refund payments made directly to sellers unless Boolo directly processed the payment and the refund is approved.
11. Reports and Safety
Users can report products, stores, sellers, orders, reviews, or suspicious activity.
Boolo may review reports and take action, including hiding listings, suspending stores, restricting accounts, or deleting content.
False reports or abuse of the reporting system may lead to account restrictions.
12. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Boolo to:
- Commit fraud or scams.

13. Employee and Information Access
Not all Boolo employees, helpers, or support agents can access sensitive information about users.
Boolo may limit access based on each person's role. For example, a support helper may only see information needed to answer support requests, while payment helpers may only see payment-related information needed to review seller subscriptions.
Boolo may keep records of important actions taken by employees, helpers, or admins to protect users and improve platform security.
14. Intellectual Property
Boolo's name, logo, design, platform, content, and software belong to Boolo or its owners.
Users may not copy, sell, modify, or misuse Boolo branding or platform materials without permission.
Sellers keep responsibility for the images, logos, product photos, and content they upload. By uploading content to Boolo, sellers allow Boolo to display that content on the platform for marketplace purposes.
15. Privacy
Boolo may collect information needed to operate the platform, including account details, contact information, store information, order information, support tickets, and usage data.
Boolo will use this information to provide services, improve the platform, prevent fraud, provide support, and manage marketplace activity.
For more details, users should read the Boolo Privacy Policy.
16. Account Suspension or Removal
Boolo may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts, stores, products, reviews, or content if users violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or other users.
Boolo may also remove inactive, fake, duplicate, or suspicious accounts.
17. Limitation of Liability
Boolo provides a marketplace platform. Boolo does not guarantee that every product, seller, buyer, service, price, or listing is accurate, safe, available, or reliable.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boolo is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, failed transactions, seller disputes, buyer disputes, delivery delays, or problems caused by users, sellers, third-party payment services, or external providers.
